The exam is available online 24/7. Once you have met traditional or fast track criteria and your application has been approved, AHCAP staff will contact you with exam access information. If you have any questions, please contact the AHCAP offices at (312)422-3700. The cHAP certification exam is conducted online. Upon application approval, AHCAP will send you a link to the exam and the date by which it must be completed.
