Exhibit Space Fees

  • In-line booths are 10’ x 10’ - $875 (nonprofit and education provider rate of $350 pending AHCAP approval)
  • Each open corner - $75 (per corner)
  • A deposit of $300 per 100 square feet must accompany all applications.
  • The balance of exhibit fees is due on or before April 18, 2008.
  • Booths are assigned in the order applications are received.


Your 10’ x 10’ Exhibit Rental Includes:

  • Eight-foot high back draping with three-foot high draped side rails
  • Identification sign with your company name and booth number
  • Company and product listings in the 2008 Exhibitors Directory and Proceedings Manual
  • Access for one company staff to attend conference education programming per 10 x 10 booth
