Airline Discounts

United
Purchase your ticket online at www.united.com and receive a 5% discount off the lowest applicable fares, as well as a 500 mile booking bonus.  After you link to www.united.com, enter your origin and destination, travel dates and your promotion code number, 500 CJ; then we’ll display the available flights.  Flights that qualify for the discount will be clearly identified with a green star symbol, which means that the itinerary is "electronic certificate eligible". When you select an electronic certificate eligible flight, we will automatically calculate and present your discounted fare.  This special offer applies to flights to or from the US only.

American Airlines
We are pleased to announce American Airlines as an official carrier for the Leadership Through New Eyes: AHCAP 2008 Meeting.  AHCAP has arranged a discount for 2008 conference attendees:

  • 5% discount off Coach and First Class fares.
  • After the ticket is purchased, but prior to outbound flight departure date, the name may be changed for a service fee.

This discount is valid June 15-24, 2008 for travel to Boston, MA.

Shuttle Service to and from the Fairmont Copley

AHCAP and Ultimate Shuttle have arranged a special rate for conference attendees flying in to Logan Airport for the conference. The cost is only $12 each way!

You need to make a reservation to guarantee the special rate by visiting their website at www.ultimateshuttle.com or by calling (888) 437-4379. (Hours of Operations are 4:30 a.m. to 11:30 p.m.)
